staff friendly and helpful. room rate included breakfast. room fully equiped with hair dryer, ironing board and iron. breakfast area very bright and airy with a lovely decked balcony area overlooking river and trees. - Anonymous

I am disabled and don't get out of the house very often. and very rare get a good nights sleep. the comfort of the room and bed was excelent .I had the best sleep the night I stayed at the Hilton that I have had in months . a wonderful hotel. I would love to do it again sometime - Barbara

We were upgraded to the master suite for the same rate we were paying, as there was some confusion over our booking. When we opened the door we were wowed, absolutley fantastic view over Cardiff Bay and the room was very comfortable and quite. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, will be going back and will recommend to friends and family. Breakfast was lovely too. The best weekend thanku - Anonymous

I liked the bar and restaurant, swimming pool and leisure centre and the tastefully decorated reception and bar area. Very helpful and genuinely nice staff on reception and in bar and restaurant and the price for the room was very good value when you consider for the standard of the hotel and its excellent facilities. - Anonymous

I cannot fault this hotel. I stayed with my partner and our dog and the staff made us all feel exceptionally welcome. The room was extremely comfortable, the food was excellent and the overall ambience was quiet, relaxed and luxurious. - Anonymous

The staff were excellent, very friendly and great service. We had dinner on one occasion and breakfast on both mornings of our stay at the hotel and all three meals wee superb. - Anonymous

The staff were very professional and friendly. The food was excellent along with the waiting staff in the restaurant. A good choice at breakfast, relaxed atmosphere. Great facilities at the hotel whether you are a business traveller or on a leisure break. - Anonymous
