  This was my third stay at the Varsity and I can't wait to go back. The location is perfect, it's right beside the river, very close to the main shopping area and the beautiful buildings of the University. The staff are very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. Above all, I was impressed by the staff - attentive to the needs of customers and I experienced three clear examples of staff members going the extra mile to help the customer get what he required .

  This hotel was very comfortable (room was a little bit dated though) and we liked being able to use the swimming pool and sauna. The location is great, as it feels like your in the countryside but your only 15 minutes drive from the centre of Cambridge. I marked the last circle in each category assuming it meant very good or excellent. We were very happy with the generously sized family room, access to the food court and staff. Was very handy for our trip to Cambridge and would use it again.

  Helpful staff. The room was quiet with an excellent view. The full breakfast was also excellent. - Very comfortable room and bed. Excellent choice at breakfast, sepecially the Cambridge sausage!
