Well everything were really good and we would even asked for the take away from a restaurant. The location is good and it's quite easy to walk to the town centre as I have already known the places direction in Cambridge :-) its a really nice place to stay with. When I first arrived the owner was just there and he let us have the top apartment. I feel safe when I'm inside the apartment cause it fixed with a strong password protection ;-) I staye for two days and I have used the kitchen as well. . all reviews »
Everything. We were greeted very promptly when we phoned and shown around the studio. It was even better than the pictures suggested. Comfortable and stylish.We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay - even champagne flutes! The little touches like tea,coffee and a fresh pint of milk as well as the washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and spotless tea towel were very welcome. It all helped to settle us in quickly for an all too short stay. Our experience has given us good reason to ret.
The services was friendly and facilities fabulous. I needed a relaxing evening with facilities to cook a nice meal and a comfy bed to have a good night's sleep while on an exhausting national tour - hence not wanting to stay in yet another faceless hotel - and was thrilled to find this haven of paradise. They took time to explain the surrounding facilities such as local restaurants shopping walks etc and recommended a fabulous taxi company who were equally supportive and well run. Will certainl.
We booked the last room and were given a small modern apartment. It was pleasant and fully equipped with everything one might need. The system of ringing prior to arriving was efficient. It is in an uninspiring back street but was very quiet. Towels and bedding were excellent and a very comfortable bed. A very pleasant and efficient housekeeper looked after our luggage - her housekeeping was first class.
A lovely warm and informative welcome. Ease of parking always helpful in unfamiliar surroundings. Excellent modern facilities; exceptionally clean and comfortable with tasteful decor. Perfectly situated for shopping and dining and a romantic walk through the park to the old city. I will definitely use the apartment again for return visits. Thank you very much.
I stayed in a beautiful 2 bed apartment with my 2 year old son.We had such a lovely stay in this beautifully furnished luxurious apartment with all the amenities (TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer). The apartment is in a great location, it's really clean, the staff are so helpful and friendly and it really was such a great place to stay. I'd highly recommend it.

apartment is great.
However, there's enough hot water for shower at 12:00AM. It caused me a lot of problem as I was having a shower and the water have just became really cold ... The kitchen didn't have any oil and sources provided. It's quite sticky to have to buy our own as we are just staying in for two days .....
Not a thing!.
A cafetiere and ground coffee was provided but sadly no milk - perhaps a one-off oversight.
Only a couple of small things: Bit stingy on the teabags and sugar - I was only there for 3 days, so it was not worth buying any.
Plenty of handwash, but shower gel would have been good also.

I didn't realise I had to inform the owners 30 mins before hand to access the apartment and spend 30 minutes waiting in the freezing cold. Also the curtains are a bit flimsy. fine in winter, but in the summer the apartment will be very bright.
Couldn't get the washing machine to work no instructions for it. There was no microwave, which was a bit odd for a "fully equipped" kitchen.
Price a little higher. No reception. The floor shakes when you make
strong move. No shampoo. No breakfast.
No soap for the shower and no mirror for drying hair etc.

a real hassle to check in. A lot of effort for 1 night - so would only stay again if for more than 3 or 4 days.
We needed to move from the originally booked 1 bed to a studio because the bathroom flooded, I have email this to the customer service team so I can get a partial refund.
