Travelling information

By Car:
- Take the M11 northbound.
- Exit at Junction 11 onto the roundabout above the M11.
- Take the 3rd exit off this roundabout, signposted to Cambridge/A1309.
- Follow the road through Trumpington village.
- At the 8th set of traffic lights, turn right into Long Road, signposted to hospital/ airport/ A1134.
- Head straight across the traffic lights at the bottom of Long Road, into Queen Edith’s Way.
- Take the first exit off the first roundabout you come to Mowbray Road, then driver straight up the second roundabout take right to Ashtrees Guest House.

Cancellation Policy	If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 1 year stay free of charge for cots. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy	No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	17.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet	Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan	Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. Full English breakfast costs GBP 5 per person per night.
