Great position to airport. I walked to the terminal to catch my flight in under 15mins. Nice big room with large plasma tv & good clean en suite.
Bit confused re payment. On arriving I was asked whether I would like to pay by credit card or cash. This website says "only cash accepted" ??? Breakfast "bag" poor. Need to do more with it.

The fact that it is so close to the airport; comfortable rooms and transfer to the airport; booking was simple and straight forward.
Good size room, comfortable bed, good breakfast package. All excellent.
The only thing we found uncomfortable was that there was no window to open at night, and we both like the fresh air at night.

We stayed in room 4 early November 2013. cobwebs on the ceiling of the bedroom and bathroom accompanied by their creators, Mains fire alarm wires showing, broken curtain hooks, pop up sink plug not working, shower door not meeting by around an inch at the top, shampoo dispenser empty/broken in shower, toilet rocked on tiled floor, only half the stair lighting working.
A wonderful find, convenient for Bristol Airport. We shall certainly use Old Farm on future trips and recommend it to our friends. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful in suggesting a great place to eat. The shuttle to and from the airport was punctual and efficient.

I can't fault the location and the staff and the facilities - they were ideal for my getting to the airport to go on holiday.
I am disappointed that breakfast facilities weren't better. Either a better breakfast could be provided in the package or the opportunity to go to a dining room perhaps where cereals and fresh milk and toast and simple breakfast foods could be made available on a self serve basis.
We normally use hotels in bristol and thought we give old farm a go (close to airport) seeing we had an early flight the rooms are a true delight and they look after are car at a reasonable price,we will always use this place when flying out of bristol which we do regularly .......perfect.

The location is fantastic for access to the airport. It is just 2 minutes drive o Bristol airport but no aircraft noise at all. So we had a very sound sleep the night before we flew out.

Bit of a damp smell in our room. I think the carpets were just cleaned and hadn't dried out properly.

The room was spacious, clean, modern. The location was perfect for getting to bristol airport and the free airport traansfer was brilliant. We also loved the little breakfast pack that was provided, perfect for our morning snack before we caught our plane. The bed was really comfy and the shower was great too. Definitely come here!
Had an early flight so arrived here 9.30 pm and left at 5.15am the following morning. I was collected from and taken to the airport by helpful member of staff. Packed breakfast was ideal. Lovely clean room with large shower in ensuite. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect situation for brief overnight stop after late evening flight arrival, staff picked us up, then took us back to the airport in the morning to pick up hire car so we could get on with our holiday.
Other guests leaving/arriving in middle of the night making too much noise, although more the guests fault than the hotels.. they do ask guests to leave as quietly as possible

It was a lovely comfortable room in the countryside away from the main road but close to Bristol for sightseeing the next day. It was quiet even though close to the airport. It was very tastefully decorated. Towels, toiletries, tea & coffee making facilities and a breakfast pack were supplied. Delightful comfort that far exceeded my expectations.
It was absolutely spotless, looked brand new, and very spacious!
A mini fridge in the room in this heat would be an added bonus
They did little packages of food for you to take with you an it was extremely clean, tidy and spacious . Staff were lovely and well organised.
Two single beds not a double and they were separated at different ends of the room.
