Really liked the 'home from home' feeling, and although small, the apartment was really well designed and comfortable with all you'd need for a City break or business trip. In a great position with a short walk to everything Clifton Village has to offer. Good value for money, helpful staff, we'll definitely book again and have already recommended to others!. I had a "small one bedroom" and it was perfect - extremely comfortable bed, kitchen was very well equipped, bathroom clean and contemporary, and it was so quiet. A wonderful oasis. And of course the location, in Clifton, is a stones throw away from all the shopping one needs. The host could not have been more accommodating and helpful.

Quiet but very close to City Centre. Friendly proprietor. Was absolutely perfect for my needs. The individual nature of the apartments. Being able to make lots of cups of tea as there was a fridge to put your milk in and we'd brought tea and coffee. Views were good and we had the parking space. The apartment was just amazing, three of us were staying there plenty of space, beautiful decor, and the location was just unbelievable. our only complaint was that we were only staying for the night. Loved the simple design. Every space was utilised to make way for something useful....shoe rack on the wall, hangers on all the doors, wireless wifi, shelves and cupboard space....etc. Location, independence of self catering, comfort and cleanliness, easy accessibility walking to shops and restaurants in the evening, pretty quiet though we were at the back. The sink was too small and inconvenient if staying for more than a night. Could do with 1 or 2 more plugs, otherwise can't really find any faults!!. Finding it, limited parking but we were lucky with space for small car only? Shower room quite small. Great for overnight or a couple of days but apartment might be a bit cramped if you were staying for long. Parking is at a premium so definitely worth phoning in advance to see if you can book the space in the drive. Bathroom tiny. Couldn't get out of the shower as the toilet was too close to it and minimal lighting so had to keep door open. Other guests were inconsiderate with noise - especially the slamming front door. Apartment 8 in the attic is truly small. Although it is a 2-bedroom apartment, it is very small. There is enough room around the breakfast bar and comfortable seats for 3 but a tight squeeze for 4. The bathroom is tiny. Please note that the contact number provided by letsbookhotel.com was incorrect and was in fact a fax number. Checking in arrangements need to be explained at the booking stage i.e that you need to have a mobile phone to ring on arrival.Found the shower room very claustropbohic being tiny and mainly black. No iron or ironing boards in the room. Check-out is quite early at 10 and a gbp10 is charged for an extra 2 hours. The parking was tricky - when you find a space leave it there for the duration of your stay! This is not the fault of the apartment as all the streets in the area are like this and it wouldn't put us off staying there again. The room would have been claustrophobic for a long stay. Bathroom sink very small and hard to use without getting water on the floor. Hard to find Parking on the residential road. no salt at the kitchen :-( No parking near the hotel and nearest area- we arrived at night and had a problem to find an available space and then with luggages walked quite long distance. The check out time was too early. The shower room was VERY small, I burnt my botom on the towel heater. The front door slammed a lot. There was no floor brush to clean floor (bread crumbs, sweet wraps etc.). Nothing. bathroom poorly lit parking is a bit of a lottery!. Nothing. It was a very hot evening and we could only open a couple of small windows so it was very hot. In the single appartment there was no window in the bedroom. The double bed in the double appartment was too small - it was about the same size as the bed in the single flat!. very very very small the lounge is basically a kitchen with a small leatehr sofa in it okay for maybe 1 person i would say!. The smell of the soap in the stairs & in the kitchen. No one was there at all during the weekend The shower either very hot or cold in room 8. Split levels made it feel small. Bedroom blind paper thin, resulting in far too early a start Squeaky bedroom door Downstairs too cold. Nobody to greet you on arrival. Telephone numbers provided not being answered. Facilities turning down automatically after little electricity consumption. Non-existing customer service Pricey. Couldn't get in! Very small. I could not find a parking place and the the apartments looked like the rest of student accommodation in the area. After 30 minutes of trying to park I gave up and booked another hotel. It is essential that if its states that stree parking is avialble then this should be the case, Also I expect there to be a reception and if not that that should be clearly stated. I feel that I have been miss sold and would request the contact details of you complaints department. Thank you.
