Fabulous, ultra modern and spacious rooms, excellent location in the heart of the city, lovely restaurant, Extremely high speed internet access, Mac PCs, very friendly staff and above all excellent value for money. The room was fabulous. Bed very comfy, powerful shower. Everything was spotless. The entertainment system is class too! DVD player/TV/and computer with free internet access combined.

As with previous visits, check in and check out is very slow, resulting in long queues at busy times.I did require 2 things. 1st book a taxi not done 2nd book a table, not done either. I could not print from hotel room to reception on pc station. Parking was limited and quite tight for reversing . Had to wait 1 hour for meal to be served. Not enough milk, coffee etc in the hotel rooms. Had to ask everyday for milk as there was none left. Even in the minibar there was no milk, even though it was on the list. Menu choice not varied when staying for extended period No trouser press in room Room smal for four night stay not impressed with TV, lips moving differently to sound coming out very off putting. we were unable to check in at noon as no twin room ready for us. we explained we wouldnt be back til very late. when we got back, there was no room ready and we had to explain what happened over again. at one stage it was suggested we would have to pay more. while the breakfast was plentiful, the cooked food was very bland. They made a mistake in my first name and didn't correct it. They then gave me a bill with the wrong name on it. The service at the breakfast was a bit slow.bathroom far too small and room insufficient private sue to size of windows. water pressure not enough and water for shower not warm enough.

Travelling information

Mint Hotel Bristol hotel is well located for all the sights and entertainment that Bristol city has to offer and is easily accessible from airports and train stations. From the M5: - Take junction 15 to join the M4 at junction 20, then from the M4 take junction 19 onto the M32. - Follow the M32 into Bristol. At the end, turn left and follow signs for Temple Meads Station. - Keeping in the middle lane continue through the underpass. This will then bring you up to the roundabout (you will see us on the right as you approach the roundabout). - Take the 3rd exit so that you are coming back on yourself (heading back towards the M32). - As you approach the hotel on your left hand side, take the 1st turning left and then turn left again into the main hotel car park. By rail: Temple Meads Train station is located 2 minutes walk from the hotel. When leaving the station, turn right at the bottom of the station entrance and follow the road around to the right. The hotel is located on the opposite side of the dual carriageway on the left hand side. By air: Bristol International Airport is 10 miles to the South West of Bristol.
