Convenience of location - very near Brighton sea front. Parking extremely easy as hotel provided a voucher and parking area was directly outside hotel. Very nice to have complimentary drinks. Bed deliciously comfortable. Very quiet - very little sound from other rooms. Very private. Could come and go as we pleased and were not disturbed when we wanted to lie in.

Nothing. I would stay there again.

I was impressed by this hotel. It was easy to find, close to the seafront and walking distance of where I needed to be for my work. The manager was polite, friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was extremely good and freshly cooked. Room very clean, too. I ll reccommed it and stay again if visiting Brighton, even with friends.

the price was amazing for the room which was very large - although we did pay a special rate. Even at the normal price this hotel is perfectly good and clean, the rooms are spacious... as good as many others, better than most.

the breakfast room could do with a bit of tarting up and the breakfast wasn't as good as the hotel suggests it might be - but still fine.

The size of the room. The pleasant welcome. All the goodies in the room, tea and coffee making facilities, even wine, all gratis. Excellent shower. Bathrobes, iron and mini ironing board, hairdryer. Very good breakfast. Good adjustable heating and hot water,

A room at the front on a Friday night isn't a good idea because of the street noise. The hanging sign outside the window squeaks in the wind. The bedside lights – in the wall – are too far away to read comfortably in bed. Needs another shelf and more hooks in the bathroom. Needs a full-length mirror.

Great location, Nice inclusive breakfast, free wi-fi. Good pub at the Top of the road. Many restaurants nearby, recommended.
