The hotel staff were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble and they took time to get to know us. My friend is a coeliac and she was amazed that the menu catered for her. When a problem arose in the allocated room another room was immediately offered. Although the purpose of the visit to the area was to attend a family funeral the extra days that we stayed were very relaxing and enjoyable at the hotel.
