The hotel was excellent value for money. Our room was very modern with all facilities required available. The service and friendliness of staff was also excellent. The hotel was excellently located close to all amenities. The Management and staff were very friendly. The newly refurbished rooms are clean,modern and comfortable. Cleanliness. i'm usually stay for one night, once a year, when me and my partner coming for local concerts.And this year i liked the fact that we had nice/nicer then previously bedroom. I notice that some part of hotel has been newly decorated which very nice. hotel staff was also very nice.Keep on with good work and hope to see you again.Thakn You..Upon arrival the staff were really lovely to me and gave me a choice of three rooms or the option to upgrade. There were always around to help and the cleaning staff came every day dead on 12pm. how good the servis was polite the staff whe. it was close to the b i c. We were kindly offered a brand new superior room for very little extra cost. I would like to pass on our thanks to Daniella who took our details and showed us to our room and also offered the superior room to us, she was very friendly and helpful. She made the stay a delight. Our room was clean and shower/bathroom was excellent. Location was ideal aswell.Excellent room considering it was a standard room, nice size,very comfortable. We were upgraded to a premium room which we found to be noisy, hard bed and not worth the money.The £10 per head charged for a 4 course evening meal was a joke, this was sparse, unimaginative and tasteless. beds are old and need replacing.Yes the windows were single glazed and the hotel situated on a busy major road. Traffic noise kept me awake and inconsiderate late night revellers. I was told I was being given an upgrade room ? I thin the bathroom had been re furbished but carpet in room a bit marked but in fairness for the location and price it was fine.Bathroom was cold. Carpet was torn. We would have peferred duvets to sheets and blankets. only that the noise of doors slamming in the early hours was disturbing, but otherwise all ok.Perfectly located, a good experience all-round. I will be back next year. The lift system and the crowding of that relatively small area. I can see that it would cause problems when the hotel is quite fully accommodated.bedding a bit smelly, noisey road outside. Bedding seems to make you feel cold. Would have preferred Duvets.As booking was with a standard room had to pay extra for an upgrade to a more modern room. I was very disappointed at having to pay a car parking fee of £5!. cooked breakfast poor. The dining room for evening meal was verry poor, service very bad and food very bland and tasteless a good B/B. Forgot my wake-up call; noise outside my room (people going past, doors bangin).

- This route will bring you to Bath Road.
