As indicated, all of the above contributed to a most enjoyable stay at this particular hotel. We liked its modern and fresh style. Its central location meant it was easy to get around Bournemouth and nearby towns. Everything was clean, modern and bright, location was good, staff werefriendly and we defiantely felt this hotel was value for money.The staff were polite, professional and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will use this chain again, definatly.

Only a couple of points - lack of wardrobe/drawer space and the fact there was a large group of men who were staying in the hotel on Friday night, who were up until approx. 5am and were making an unacceptable level of noise on the corridors.Cold plates for a hot breakfast. as other comments no wardrobe - would be difficult if stayed more than 1 night. Breakfast is totally self service, hence nobody talks to each other. Would be nice to get a "good morning". When approached, the staff were very helpful.The buffet breakfast needs attending to better. I was unfortunate to pick out mouldy bread from the basket for toast. The staff were very apologetic and replaced the basket of bread immediately. Quality control would have prevented this from happening. Access from the underground garage on arrival would also make check in with luggage and hanging clothing easier. The shower room floor was uneven, leaving a pool of water by the loo!. SHower - powerful enough but water had tendancy to spread right across towards the door! Perhps the slope of the floor has chnaged. Breakfast food buffet not replennished quick enough, causing delays. No fried eggs for ages, then just 4 or 5 brought out with 7 or 8 guests waiting.Clothes storage inadequate, nowhere for wet towels except floor. If you like rooms with a bath or hotels with a restaurant then this isn't for you but personally I found the shower excellent and the restaurants 200 yards away fine.-. car park was a little limited. The bar wasnot a welcoming place to spend an evening. I like everything it was amazing. Heated towel rail would have been nice! I didn't like the artwork (very personal). The noise from some sort of electrical plant outside the window meant we had to shut the window at night. We would have liked soya milk to be provided with breakfast.

Travelling information

Travelling along the A338 (Wessex Way) from Ringwood and the a31, take the first left exit at St Paul's Roundabout, sign-posted to the Railway Station and Travel Interchange. At the next roundabout, take the third exit onto Holdenhurst Road. At the Lansdowne Roundabout, take the third exit onto Bath Road and the hotel is 150 yards down on the right hand side. Travelling from Poole/Dorchester and the A35, continue along on the A338 until you reach St Paul's Roundabout and then follow directions above.
