The staff went out of their way to accomadate us and our needs- the desk staff were very freindley and helpful and had answers to all queries..The hotel itself was very clean and had character and excellant facilities. The restaurant manager and his staff went out of their way to accomadate us early at mealtimes so that we could attend conference meetings on time. An excellant service was given ! - David
