The friendliness of the staff, and location. the friendly staff and the room sizes. Location. Very friendly staff. The friendlyness of the staff. We liked the friendly atmosphere, the hotel bar in the evening, the dining room and the English breakfast, kettle etc. in the room. proximity to winter gardens and parking for disabled. Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble.Situation near to winter gardens ,free parking. Hotel well kept and good facilities.near shops and had parking space. Location. staff very friendly, and in a good location. The hotel was very close to the winter gardens, which was really convenient for us, since we would be watching a show there during our stay. The room in which we stayed was different to the one shown on the website, but it was clean and tidy all the same.Good location, next to Winter Gardens. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast.staff very friendly. good breakfast. Food good. Clean. It was close to Blackpool centre. Close to the Syndicate Nightclub. Close to town centre. freindly staff no parking as advertised. the door when leaving. Departure. Hotel was a little cold, but we do appriciate it was out of season andwe were the only guests in the hotel. poor shower in room. Would have liked a remote control for the TV to save getting out of bed to change channel etc.bed had seen better days. We booked four rooms and although all clean, they were all freezing and the decoration was horrible in each, it really needs a revamp! The hot water in one of the 3 rooms was a bit dodgy aswell. And one room had a crappy bed. I wouldn't advise this hotel for a long break, but a night or two is fine!. the parking could be bigger,. Noisy guests during the night. The device to heat the water in the shower was too weak, thus the water was cold. This being the only point that was not quite all right. We didn't really mind. Corridors were too narrow for our childs pushchair, wash hand basin in our room was cracked.Smelt musky when you walk through the door. no toiletries mini ones would have been great. I was disappointed that we missed out on breakfast as it was included in room fee. I think they should have allocated a longer time slot for breakfast as it was only available between 9.00am and 9.30am and unforntunately we missed it. No hair dryer and the shower was poor.Room needed updating. very cold heating was very basic with the odd electric heater spaced around. not many parking places room deco was old and sad fix celling tiles were damp and tatty only a bath with a shower lead sink was seprate from bathroom. Bit run down. Poor hot water supply and heating. We weren't allowed to park on site even though there were spaces it costus £12 to park, rooms were very basic indeed for £72. Because we were the last people there, we got the small Double room, which was far too small.room was dirty. i dont know where to start. Unpleasant smell throughout our stay, the room was very small, with poorfacilities ie 1 towel between 2,hygene was very poor , the bed brokenspings and we were unable to sleep on it,the shower taken 10 minuites toget hot,the deco was dim and damp patches on ceiling,on a rating valuefor money we would give it 0%we are a well travelled and we have neverbeen so disappointed.
