We liked the location of the hotel. It was easily accessible from the tram and close to shops and other amenities. Even though they were in the middle of renovation, we were given a ground floor room, and not inconvenienced. Been to this hotel before, and will definatley use again. Excellent staff & good facilities. Superb value for money!!. warm welcome from allstaff.good clean hotel.good food.had nothing to compain about willgo again .

I didnt like anything about the hotel blackpool its self was great. Situation was okay and the bar area overlooked the sea front. We liked were it was as we was close to the pleasure beach. Nothing. nothing. nothing. We didn't find any thing to complain about, the manager had only been there for 2 weeks, and they were in the middle of work in many of the rooms. I think next year will be much better. Just a bit far from the busy part of Blackpool. The steps were a little bit steep as my partner has slight mobility problems. N/A. nothing. stairs. N/a. Small room. The Bed was sinking into the floor the room smelled and had damp. I thought the rooms were dirty handles missing of Windows ,shower door fell off ,back of wardrobe came off ,milk was sour,bad smell ,fac dumps on window will I was very dissatisfied with it and other people who stayed were also complaining I was going to go else were to complain also no fire escape in bedroom on top floor with a baby and a child I not sure what I am going to do about it yet I would like a reply please gayle@hotmail.co.uk. The bed. They didn't provide any plates for dinner. Their service was rubbish. Dirty. Dusty. Room was in poor state if repair . There was dry blood in the wall in the bathroom, a pair of men's underpants down the side of the cupboard dust big clumps between the clean pillows in the wardrobe the bed was uncomfortable. Very tired & worn decor, curtains hanging off window, crack in sink and toilet, horrible damp marks on ceiling, filthy remote for tv. Couldn't (or wouldn't) have shower because of mould, I could go on! It really is a shame as the staff were very nice but but we do have to be honest with review. Attitude of the landlord was very abrupt and unhelpful, couldn't wait to get us out of breakfast , extremely rude!!! Room was very tired and dated, toilet didn't work, or hair dryer wardrobe was falling apart !! Bunk bed was held together with nails, not good for kids !!!. the room was very dirty with cob webs dust and mauld on window sills and in bathroom three bugs were found in double bed in all not a very nice hotel. The room was too hot , scruffy decor and there was some outstanding diy jobs that needed doing eg picture had fallen off wall and was standing in corner , trunking to hide electrical cable also left in corner , broken towel rail left on wall , dresser was unusable because of broken drawer the room door could be pushed open you didn't need a key for it . The dust on the blinds was choking . Booked a twin room months ago and was offered a very small double, with narrow bed hard against an outside wall, so my husband (aged 79) had to climb over me to get out during the night. No soap provided. Toast in the morning was extremely stale. No marmalade provided. Parking was non-existent, (if space was available had to leave keys with owner?) Staff not friendly First room was disgusting, poorly maintained and dirty Complaint was only taken in that we were moved to another room Second room was not much better and still dirty Felt no point in complaining again as all rooms likely to be the same Only stayed as it was a four hour drive and needed somewhere to stay NEVER recommend this hotel to anybody. Not clean enough- carpet a vaccum and shower a descale and mild removal. room was dirty no tv remote shower handle dropped off on use and very small offered new room but that would have meant someone else having a sub standard room. you only have 15 minutes window to have breakfast the shower above our room was leaking in to our room. Shower door filthy mouldy carpet in shower room bed uncomfortable room.cramped - all in appalling place to stay + I think it should b condemned!!!. the bed was not double as it was meant 2 b my double at home is a lot bigger you had 2 hold shower head 2 use cobwes in corners of room also in bathroom the floor of the shower was dirty also hoover in middle of room when we got there dont know why because it hadnt been hooverd. rude staff. dirty room. shower didnt work and was stuck together with gaffa tape. bunk beds held together with bits of decking, badly.This was probaly the worse hotel we have ever stayed in. not enough pillows for all of us and when we asked we were told there were no spare, spare i didnt want a spare i wanted 1 per guest. It is cheap but not that much cheaper than the alternatives so even at there prices avoid this hotel at all cost's. the hotel was dirty old fashioned dingy just the worse ive ever stayed, the toilet in the room was stinking of wee shower was mouldy, there was a leak coming from the shower above into the lights in are room, the little milk containers were off plus the carpet wasnt down proper so got stuck in the door when we tried to get back in, it was the worse place ive ever stayed. Rude hotel manager. Filthy room. Broken travel cot for baby. Dirty toilets. Wallpaper falling off. The room was filthy there was so much mold in the shower room and the bunk beds were patched up and missing lats they gave us a double bed base with a small double mattress a couple that came with us had tiles missing out of the roof and tiles falling off the wall in the shower , wall paper was falling off and there was a foul smell in the room . The facilities in the room were not working ie tv and taps the decor was stuck in a time warp and painted all Mis match none of the wallpaper light shades and pictures were even hung straight! Although budget friendly If we all paid an extra £5/10 we would've had a more comfortable stay elsewhere. Rooms was not clean,To small,Not going there again. No lights in the room No head boards on the bed Only 1 double bed rome when booked 2 Had to climb over the toilet to get to the shower Dirty Freezing Noisey Sea View?!?!?! Overlooked a dumping ground Items in the room broken I would NEVER stay here again and i dont mind staying in rough places but this made me feel like i need to be de flea'd en route out!!. room small very outdated dirty shower right next tothe toilet with no room to move about would notrecomend thishotel to anyone. Rooms where too small, rundown, poor decor we had to change rooms three times because the showers didn't work. It is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The owner was rude. The hotel and rooms were filthy and smelled awful. Dirty rooms Rude manager. dog hairs on carpet cold broken shower burnt toast staff that dont speak to you. Everything. everything. everything .. room dirty , small , smelly , mattress on bed was so thin and worn , all in all the worst bb ive ever stayed in. It was dirty there was mold in the room the borader was mess the fan in the bath room was full of crap plus no soap bear wires in the room. Hotel was disgusting. There was no one around 2 complain to it was dirty and had a smell in the room kettle was cracked cups were dirty no way we could have a drink as there was no milk in the room hairs in the bad we had to sleep with a towel over our pillows overall it was disgusting I know it was only 60 pounds but you do expect it to be clean whoever cleans there rooms should be sacked.
