Just came back from this hotel .Found it was a good location however this time of year alot of the street we were on was closed but Id expect in the summer it is much better .I found the staff very friendly and helpful .They couldnt do enough for us .The room was very clean .Most of the hotels Blackpool are old fashioned so expect with any hotel that it is going to be like this .I loved it there

friendly staff especially carol, which her service was exceptionally helpful. The self service breakfast was well worth the money. on the whole Brillant value for the money. Would definatly stay again in the future. Thanks for a good stay

In January there are few guests so breakfast was personal to us; we say exactly what we wanted and that is what we got. They even offered to cook us extra if we wanted more. Very friendly at all times.

Sometimes front desk not manned and we had to wait to get in as we hadn't been given door code and even if we had it was bolted. However this was probably because by then we were only people staying there and security would be paramount.

The value and the entertainment. Electric heater as well as central heating in the room and friendly, helpful staff. Carol was amazing!

Broken window handles and no bath, bedding wasn't cleaned daily. Pillows were a bit on the small side.

Bed was comfy and the staff were friendly.

Breakfast was served for only an hour. People were pushing a shoving to get to all the food and if you came down later than 9.15 there wasnt any tables at 9.30 there was no breakfast left. Would only recommend this hotel for the price. If you want to cut the cost of the break this is a good hotel.

easy access to the main attractions and the parking was a great bonus.

didnt think the room was very nice only had 1 pilow each aswell. the lady working for the hotel was abit in your face.

It was close to the Pleasure Beach which is what we went to Blackpool for in the first place. The breackfast was good, you had a selection to choose from.

The room was a little bit dirty but then again the price was cheap. The tv wasn't tuned in properly, the window was broke so there was a draft in the room at night.

there was hair in the bathroom when we arrived in our room, taps were broken, earwigs in the bathroom, damp, fusty like smell on arrival, dirty bed sheets and carpets

The staff were friendly

The carpet throughout the hotel was disgusting with stains, as were the chairs in the 'bar'. The bar had limited choice in drinks, the spirits were foreign brand and i ordered a pint of larger which was cloudy and flat. The bed was tiny and extremely uncomfortable, the light in the bathroom did not work, and the ceiling was beginning to fall apart.

faulty towers is a good name for this hotel.but if you pay for the ritz u get the ritz.i would never recommend this hotel to anyone.it is the most offencive place i have ever stayed in.

Actually nothing..but at least the manager was cordial enough!

Actually, I thought I had got a bargain price (the web site mentioned "50 % 0ff" ) but actually this hotel is absolutely shoddy ! I recommend your firm spends only 10 minutes inside it to really understand how shoddy and shambolic it is. My hunt for a bargain price indeed was a disaster!

When we arrived our room was not ready we waited 2 hours to get into our room. The hotel was nothing like the pictures it was dirty and the staff were all stood around you as if you couldnt say anything it was a horrible atmosphere and i would never recommend anyone to stay there again the entertainment was poor and everyone in the hotel were appauled by the whole stay.

the staff didnt have a clue on what they was doing, they could not find our booking and we had to stand in reception for over an hour until they agreed they had lost our details, £24 for 4 southern comforts (which were warm)
