We only stayed at the Clifton for one night but for it to make such a good impression on us says it all! Fantastic service, greeting us later in the evening due to travelling & being friendly and helpful telling us more about what there is to do around the area (first timers). We said no to breakfast but after getting to our room and seeing how nice it was for just £35 we soon changed our mind and were happy to pay the £5 each. all reviews » After searching through numerous available hotels we picked the Clifton Court and so glad we did. We were welcomed immediately and shown to our room which had been upgraded which was a nice surprise. The room we had was immaculate and very comfy. We had everything we needed and more. We were even told good places to go eat and yes the Dutton Arms was a good choice. Unfortunately we were late back from the pleasure beach as we decided to walk and didn't get time in the hotel bar which looked bri. Great wee hotel,spotlessly clean,Everything is really good quality,rooms all have freeview flatscreen tv,hairdryers,fridge,ample tea coffee facilities,comfy beds with good quality pillows,duvets etc,all toiletries etc.Bar area really lovely with plenty of choice at good prices.breakfast is fabulous,cooked fresh to order using high quality ingredients,also continental choice self service which was great,the staff here are better than we have come across in other places,Graham fab host,will stay . We will definatly be staying here again. The room was lovely, with nice decor and very clean. It came with a mini-fridge which was handy and little noise. There was plenty of wardrobe space and we got an iron when we requested it. The bathroom was big enough for our needs and was also very clean. The hotel had everything we needed the staff were great, the bar was the best, beds were clean and really comfortable, would recommend, breakfast was to die for, will defiantly go back when visiting blackpool again. The location is excellent and the tram is within walking distance. The hotel was exactly as described and the location is excellent for the Pleasure Beach. One of our party struggled with the two flights of stairs but this wasn't a major issue. A little more space in the rooms would have been nice but this isn't a complaint. We didn't stay in our rooms for long and so this wasn't a big problem. It was very warm in the bedroom but we were in the middle of a heat wave and in Britain we don't do air con!. Not much space within the room. Our one and only regret is that we were only there for the weekend and wish we had been able to stay longer. There was nothing I didn't like about my stay at the hotel. All the staff and the owner were super helpful and friendly. Nothing. the bedroom was very small. We found nothing to complain about. There was nothing that I didn't like. Nothing. Nothing. Rooms a little small but had everything you need. £3.80 a pint was a bit steep but went down a treat. Really is a lovely hotel. Nothing at all. early check out. Nothing. Room Space, but it was well informed in the advertisement, so no surprise tbh !. Staff not friendly sid not speak to customers at breakfast so missed out on gratuities not a good start to your holidays.
