Birmingham 4* star Hotels

Plenty of room and extremely well equipped, with a manager (Daniel) who went to the trouble of coming round and sorting out the television so that we could watch it, rather than, as one might have feared, ignoring our request on the grounds that it was after hours and he could be off home! Excellent in every way, and we've already started recommending it! We'll definitely stay again next time. - Henry

Wow, the staff were always polite, considerate and helpful, we mentioned it was our 20th wedding anniversary and they upgraded us, which was a lovely surprise. we will definately come again and have recommended them to friends and family - Sally

I didn't actually stay in the hotel because we wanted to stay on Valentine's Night and we got 2 single beds instead of a double. The hotel had other people who had the same problem and I think it was due to the online booking agent rather then the hotel. There were no double rooms so we had to book another hotel. The staff (Harry Smith) were very helpful and helped us to book at another hotel. - Emma

Superb! Everything was perfect...the website blurb had set high standards and they were more than accurate, such a relief and welcome surprise when often websites give an overly generous description. Came to Birmingham for the Footman James Classic Motor Show and decided to stay on an extra day to sightsee. This hotel was the perfect place for us. It was very clean, staff superbly friendly, and the room was whisper quiet. This is important because it's only a block off the main drag, so thought it might be noisy. We slept soundlessly, and were able to enjoy all the dining and nightlife of Broad Street without having to have it infiltrate our hotel room. Would definitely stay here again and r - Eric

I had a single room that was a good size, clean and comfortable. With free WiFi and room enough to spread work out the room doubled up as a rather useful office too. I'll certainly be using the hotel again and have already recommended it to a couple of associates. The hotel provides the traveller with good value accommodation and facilities without sacrificing quality of service or care. - Paul

Everything was so nice and the atmosphere was out of this world, deffo will be goin back when kids r on holiday again. Staff r so professional, food is excellent rooms r lovely. Honestly i could go on and on but ill jus say 5* for the hyatt all round. - john stephen
