Lovely hotel. VERY friendly staff who cannot do enough for you. The restaurant food was very impressive and I wish I was staying longer to enjoy more of it!. Room very modern although not the largest I have ever stayed in it was by no means small and had enough room. Large car park and decor was very good. Would stay here again over the larger chains any time. Would suit all types of traveller. Thoroughly recommended. Close to NEC and easy access by public transport or car. Just of the A45 - Vicky


We are always anxious about staying somwhere new, having never been to Birmingham. However we were delighted with the Bridge house. Lovely welcome, then shown to a modern, spacious, clean room. The hotel was immaculately clean throughout, and we enjoyed a first class evening meal at the hotel resturant, followed by a few leisurely , inexpensive drinks in the comfortable, well equiped bar. Then a lovely, comfortable bed made for a restful sleep. The next morning the breakfast was also 1st class. - Ruth


My single room was adequate for my needs though the decor was a bit dated. The room was situated at the car park side of the building but there was little noise from outside factors.Unfortunately there was plenty from inconsiderate guests early in the morning. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. A special mention about Tina who seemed to always be there and who went that extra mile to accommodate the needs of hotel guests. Our well appointed à la carte restaurant, operating a non-smoking dining room, seats approximately 80 diners. Advance booking is recommended. Our residents bar provides a friendly nucleus for our hotel and proves to be a favourite amongst our guests.

We are handy for both the National Exhibition Centre and International Airport and indeed accommodate many guests during exhibition periods.
