Absolutely fantastic accomadation, loads of room in our two bedroom apartment no.58 we were both extremely happy with the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the accomadation. Would highly recommend and have already told all my friends about it and will be returning to stay city apartment in the future ideal location for shopping in the bullring and also for train station to go to Drayton manor park. Thank you to all the staff you made our stay.
all reviews » The apartments were very confortable, newly furnished and centrally located. The staff were helpful and very polite and professional. I would thoroughly recommend this for a short break. The whole experience was satifying and the location was ideal considering it was in the centre of the Arcadian i did not hear any noise. The only one thing that could improve our stay was the shower, the force of the water coming out of the shower was not very powerful. NO KETTLE IN APARTMENT, BUT RECEPTION DID GIVE US ONE WHEN ASKED FOR ONE NO PILLOWS FOR THE FIFTH MEMBER OF THE PARTY, AND EXISITING PILLOWS OF VERY POOR QUALITY CLEANLINESS NEEDS IMPROVING. A great appartment, howvever, one bizarre comment. There was no frying pan, which I needed. As the apartments are self catering it is rather important that they have the basic range equipment. All the doors closing behind ourselves. If there were door stoppers supplied to hold the doors open that would be good. The noise level at night was quite loud but understandable because it is in the bar area.TV was a bit small and the remote was broken, there were two dirty glasses on the kitchen table when we arrived and the free toilettries consisted of one small bar of soap. The bed could use a new mattress and even I could feel all the springs in it and I am not that heavy. Only a small thing, but there was no quilt covers for the bedding, to put on the sofa bed.More information required about parking - not very clear from website an not obviously marked in the car park about which level to proceed to. Reception desk could have asked about parking on check in as was not aware about paying them with the bill etc. Can be noisy in early hours due to late nite revellers. directions to the hotel by car were complicated and the website's was poor in this regard. please change the elevators as i unfortunately got stuck in one. scary experience.The mattresses were not that comfy, the springs dug in to me. Hot water seemed to run out after a few baths. The TV system is not acceptable, this week there was no BBC channels, in fact I could only get 4 channels, 2 of which were sports channels. This is not the first time this has happened and it is concerning that the TV system has not been sorted out.. Room was furthest away from reception. I would like to have a bigger TV screen and more TV channels. the palcony is leak a water from the rain. its the only place I have ever stayed at that don't take debit cards, also I believe that the check out time should be 12noon. Quite noisy due to being near bars and nightclubs. Shower was not powerful enough to use properly.TV's would be nice in the bedrooms. The fact that it states that an iron and ironing board are provided.There was no iron in the room and the iron I was provided with by staffand had exposed wires - not safe. Kitchen facilities were incomplete.

The entrance to the car parking is on Bromsgrove Street, B5 6RG Please note there is a height restriction in the carpark of 2.0 metres. Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel of the required bedding configuration. Please be aware that a GBP 50 deposit per person will be applied on arrival (children up to 15 years are exempt). This deposit will be charged in a single transaction, covering all guests.
