due to an early flight from east mids we arrived at hotel hoping to drop our case off/when we were allocated an early room book in we were very impressed/ a truly excellent idea for the early traveller..we hope this continues as we will be availing ourselves of several more visits over the next year as regular travelling ice hockey supporters/in addition all staff we came in to contact with were helpful and professional and the breakfast time was flexible and the food quality excellent.
all reviews » Loved location of hotel, close to some lovely restaurants and a few minutes walk from bus station for the airport bus. Also enjoyed the breakfasts. The staff were very friendly .the hotel was close to everything . greatshops ,people made you feel very welcome. Its location (behind the Europa bus centre; about 10 min walk to downtown), it's so clean, the breakfast was fantastic (good selection of items), my room was huge (including the bathroom). we only stayed for one night so didn't have a lot of time to form any opinions but what we saw we liked very much, the staff were great and the rooms were excellent. It was close to key places and I could walk to those places. Your staff were helpful to me in finding my way to St. George's Market, which I enjoyed very much. The hotel is within easy walking distance from the centre of town, therooms are clean and comfortable and there is a car park adjacent tothe hotel.The location was superb for where we wanted to go. I booked a non smoking room, but had a smoking.I could smell smoke in the room, but as it was only to sleep in i put up with it and i did not complain.
