The appartment was larger than expected and even better than the photos. It was very comfortable . Everything had been thought of except for the lack of a teapot . The heating was very efficient ;our fan heater stayed in the car. If we had been cold there was even a plug in convector. Tea , coffee and uht milk was left. I wish all rentals were this organised.Initially I was surprised by in being a basement , but than meant we had no disturbance from the traffic.

I'm struggling to answer- lack of tea pot. Alayne could be more reliable by email- if probably the only criticism!

When we walked into the apartment we were delighted at how beautifully presented it was. It was exceptionally clean and warm (exactly what we needed on a cold Friday night). Decorated superbly, with all the mod-cons one needs, including an iPod docking station! The info pack had everything we needed. There is no parking but we managed to park a short distance away (just make sure it is not in a controlled zone). Also the wi-fi isn't great because you are underground but no fault of the management. Definitely would go again and recommend to others.

Location is amazing, and so is the parking available! Had a lovely 3 nights in the apartment. It's such a short walk into the centre of town that There is no need to drive once your there. I recommend taking a trip to the bath spa and also visiting 'All bar one', a great bar by the abbey. Went there for drinks one night, and breakfast, lunch and drinks the next night, and finally another breakfast the next day. There breakfast is superb. And so are their cocktails! All in all the apartment was great. No flaws at all. Thanks for such a lovely stay!!

More spacious than a room in a hotel, allowing one the choice of dining at home or not. Cafe and restaurants in close proximity. Extremely well appointed and comfortable. Within easy walking distance or short bus ride of the city centre. Excellent

The apartment was lovely, in a great location, beautifully furnished and very comfortable, with a private outdoor space. The owner was very helpful and we loved Bath!

Quality furnishings, comfortable bed. Walking distance to centre of town.

Having to contact owner for arrival details two days before departure. Also failure of owner to respond to an enquiry sent by email and then denying receipt from a different email address. Poor customer service.

Lovely apartment and very well situated with only a short walk to town centre. We found the apartment very comfortable and settled in very quickly. Owner was very helpful and the welcome pack explains everything .

The apartment was beautifully presented, very comfortable and stylish. All mod cons were available including access to Wifi which was very useful. Lovely white towels and slippers were left on the bed which was a nice touch.

Not being able to park closer to the apartment, but it wasn't too much of an issue as you had visitor parking permits anyway and could drop off luggage before parking up.

The apartment was beautifully furnished with all mod-cons and very comfortable and spacious for our stay. Particularly loved the huge bed and power shower!

It was quite noisy at night as its next to a main road, but this didn't disturb us sleeping.

Fantastic location and a lovely flat. Well designed inside, and beautifully decorated. Very cosy indeed, particularly with the underfloor heating. Only 10 mins walk from the city centre. Very helpful management and the welcome pack was a joy, stuffed as it was with useful info and tourist tips. We went for an anniversary weekend and the management very kindly procured a bottle of Prosecco for us at no extra charge. Would highly recommend.
