We had a brilliant 2 day stay here. The room was fitted out really well and to a high standard, e.g. a memory foam mattress and a really solid, classy bathroom with a super shower that pleased the American boyfriend who's always amazed at our piddly English offerings...in this case he got 2 shower heads at full force! Breakfast was plentiful and tasty and we felt really at home. It's a one mile walk into the city, which suited us fine. Taxi fares back were £6-7ish but Catherine and Jamie seeme.
all reviews » A wonderful home away from home. A very neat place, Jamie and Catherine are the most friendly hosts I have ever met. Offered me a lift into town, my room was beautiful with a beautiful view of the city of Bath from the verandah. My breakfast was cooked to my needs. I will definitely stay here again and again. Oh I forgot to mention the Spa session in a 5 star hotel I got as a gift for staying 2 nights. I also got 25% discount on my spa treatment just because Catherine is a member. Bodhi house i. Everything was outstanding. The hosts, Catherine and Jamie, were welcoming and ensured that we had a lift into Bath, rather than driving ourselves. The room was comfortable and well presented and we had access also to a delightful sitting room. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good range of food on the menu. Many thanks for spoiling us!. The hosts were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Everything is to a high standard and very clean. Breakfast was delicious. I cannot fault anything. mini-sized wash basin in the bathroom and the steps leading up to the house. we had just 2 days. They did not offer clean and new towers everyday...It is suitable for people who has a car, just nearly 10-min drive from the city centre. If the house owners are available, they are willing to drive you to the city and pick you up, however, they had their own business when we were there. You could walk to the city, about 30 mins, you could choose to take the taxi, which cost you approximately 7-8pound. A little way out of town but was excellent food just down the road. nothing to dislike at all.
