Very friendly staff who were always cheerful and willing to put themselves out. overall excellent hotel, service and staff were of an excellent standard. friendly staff very accomodating and we had an extra hour to check out. Was a very nice and friendly place to stay, and will be back.Nice rooms, excellent breakfast. The leisure facilities at the hotel were really nice to use in the morning. The staff were very helpful, ordering taxis and helping with local information! The rooms were clean and spacious.

The bed it was uncomfortable noisy and slanted. Only thing i would mention was i had a kingsize bed but this turned out to be two single beds pushed together.The prices at the bar were a bit steep - £3.55 a pint is a bit too much. Do not expect good service during the week at the Bar after Midnight. Considering it is such an exclusive Hotel, I think the service could be improved in this area. During normal hours the staff are excellent.Internet was not included in the basic price. I expected that an hotel that provides services for businessman close to industrial park will offer Internet connection as part of the basic deal. No where to dry wet swimsuits after a swim. Had to pack wet things in my suitcase.The mouldy shower cubicle. Double bed was too small. Room was very warm. Bar prices very high.Size of the room was too small. wireless internet was expensive and to slow to be of any use.As a smoker, the hotel policies were extremely inhibiting, and the only place to smoke was outside the front door, which was a quite a walk from the room. The bed was small. Expensive for a mid-grade hotel. Only one set of towels in the room, hairs in the container for the sugars etc. Only one pillow per person. Basin surround and mirror not cleaned properly. Could not get into the room at 3pm as room was not ready.leisure facilities. The duvet on the bed was too small..! And only just reached the edge ofthe bed. Goodnes knows how two people sharing a bed would cope??. I would have liked to have had internet access thrown into the cost of the room - I was paying £120 a night for a single room so the least I could have got was internet access - but this was an extra £15.99 for 24 hours!. Booked twin room for 5 weeks for my father (and family members) who'swife/mother was in hospital there. We left after a week because of theappalling way my father was treated.
