the staff were very helpful and welcoming. the room again was lovely and spacious. The food as always was excellent.

The room was very comfortable and clean with plenty of complimentary toiletries and the breakfast was very nice.

The only thing I found slightly offputting was a stale odour both in the room and in the main foyer of the hotel. It may have been present from when residents were allowed to smoke.
