The guest house was in a good location being an easy walk into Banbury. Free car park, we had the ground floor bedroom next to the dining room which didn't prove a problem, the staff were friendly, and Debbie was very helpful. We would stay there again. The room was a good price and was spacious clean quiet and had good bathroom facilities. It had a good restaurant and the breakfast was well cooked and sourced locally where possible.The staff were friendly and helpful.

The site itself is said to date back to the 12th century and was allegedly owned by the nephew of George Washington, also the Bishop of Lincoln and the Reverend Risley Cotton.
