for the price the welcome tray does not have any substantial food items - breakfast tray was better for an apartment
a normal supply of tea/coffee/sugar/biscuits as per all hotels which usually have a cooked breakfast for the price.

1. No clear instructions in advance on check-in procedure. Check in is actually at Dashwood Hotel which is an adjoining building
2. A bit cramped..only one bathroom with two bedrooms.
