Great building with lots of character - restaurant had a wonderful feel as it was full of flowers & plants. Well laid out with linen table cloths and proper napkins! Wonderful breakfast and great to take coffee outside on the lawn, in the sunshine.Excellent room - no 7 - quiet and spacious. Very comfy bed and loved the White Company toileter... what people say » ies. Very friendly staff. Would love to return and we wish Marco Pierre every success. -
This hotel is set just a couple of 100 yards off the A40, near Andoversford. The building, made of Cotswold stone, has bags of history and is set in very pretty countryside. The hotel has attractive flowers and shrubs and a duck pond with ducks in it ! A very rural and relaxing setting. Just the place to relax.
The breakfast was very good and served at the table-not the buffet type you get in a lot of hotels.
