There was a problem with the heater in my room but within a few minute of me having reported it to reception a portable heater was provided.The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The spa was great. - lovely staff, great facilities, close to city centre and arena. Great view from our window

We stayed two nights for a family funeral and hills a buffet reception for family and friends. The food was good. We dined in the hotel restaurant both nights and were very impressed. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and very spacious. It made it a little easier to cope with such a sad occasion.

Nice hotel and good swimming pool. - very clean comfortable hotel -all hotel staff -in reception, lounge bar , restaurant and leisure area were very helpful at all times. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends
