Upgrade to executive suite for no extra charge. Leisure Club facilities and very friendly and helpful staff who made you feel very welcome. Breakfasts were excellent too. I booked this hotel for someone else to stay. Unfortunatly this person was taken ill during her visit. The hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful, helped her in every way, visited her in hospital, and collected her when she was discharged. She has nothing but praise for the hotel and its staff - From the minute we arrived the welcome said it all

Really friendly, helpful, considerate people running this hotel. We received a very personal welcome and I don't think they could do more to make our stay perfect. We felt like 'family' after our stay at Braidmead House.
Our room had everything we needed to prepare for the wedding we wanted to go (including a tall mirror)!
The hotel is in an immaculate condition and is beautifully designed. We had a double room with a king bed, and it was still quite roomy.
