  Great location and very helpful staff. Breakfast choice and quality excellent and view from dining room superb. Excellent value for money. Room was very quiet. Gym and swimming pool excellent.   Upgrade to executive suite for no extra charge. Leisure Club facilities and very friendly and helpful staff who made you feel very welcome. Breakfasts were excellent too. We enjoyed our stay very much - Well sited in relation to Ayr town centre . Delightful views of Arran. Staff very efficient and friendly.

  The christmas atmosphere was brilliant so many thanks to all of the staff.
