  I was looking for a hotel near to the O2, and the Ramada is excellent for that. Great if you arrive at London city airport. I was made very welcome from the moment I arrived at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and I was surprised how quiet it was, especially when the hotel is next to an airport, motorway and railway ! - When we arrive... what people say » d we had got upgraded to a suite which was very tasteful and comfortable. The food the staff in fact everything about the hotel was excellent and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

  Although a short visit we were made to feel very welcome, staff very nice and helpfull, all areas of the service provided were excellent will definately use a premier inn again! 10/10 from me, thanks. - The overall experience was friendly and I felt very well looked after by the staff. The food in the restaurant was also of a high standard.

  The staff were superb - courteous, helpful and they all seemed to have customer focus as a basic principle. The hotel was clean and value for money.   It was really busy on the night that we booked in at around 11.30pm. The gentleman who booked us in had just finished his shift.   Staff was great. Very helpful on check in, train location, bus location, restaurant, etc. Breakfast was amazing. Normal continental cereals, toast etc, but the all you can eat a la carte was great. Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. Menu had a lot of options and the food was really good. It stayed open until 10 s - The staff on duty especially Emmy were very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Having stayed during the current heat wave the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable providing cotton sheets, fans and even buckets of ice to cool our room! the meals in the restaurant were lovely and great value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our night there and would stay there again.
