Great value for money! Staff worked really hard (they were there before we started our day and still there when we ended our day). The cleanliness could not be faulted - if you want a clean and budget hotel this is the one for you. Food was good (home cooked on the premises - not sure how they find the time) and pretty good value for money; bar

There is nothing bad to be said about this hotel. Staff are very friendly and show you to your room. Rooms are lovely and clean. Very quiet, despite being so close to the airport. The owners dog is beautiful, and friendly. Later check out was arranged for me with no problem at all. This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel and I will most definately stay there again.

ALL staff very friendly, couldn't do enough. I arived late, about 10.30. p.m., there was a warm greeting, there was the did I need anything extra, and the phone no. for if I did.

The room was a lovely size for 4 of us.The bathroom was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was set out brilliantly and it catered for all our tastes especially our youngest who asked for a bacon butty with no butter on the bread !
We certainly be using Premier Inns from now on.

Had an amazing treatment at the spa and everyone was just so friendly and approachable!

Excellent spa. the rooms were spatious and clean, my room had a separate lounge and was very elegant. Comfortable beds too. the staff are very polite, we even got a lift to the restaurant (the clubhouse) 3 minutes away, because they didn't want us to wander around in the dark.

This Premier Inn is quite a difficult one to find, but after a phonecall the lovely Kayla came and found me and escorted me back to the hotel. This is customer service par excellence! My stay was good and was incredibly convenient for the Durham University campus. -
