The Soyic was a surprise to us. It was a very clean and lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Eskisehir seems to be off the traditional tourist route but should be visited as it is a beautiful location with top class motels such as this. -

Both Serdar and his father were welcoming & excellent hosts and provided service beyond normal expectations. As our stay was in the low season, Serdar had decided to close Arch Palace and we were actually accomodated in his other hotel, Caravanserai, located very close by. This was absolutely no problem and did not affect the location or price. We would have no hesitation in recommending either of Serdar's hotels as excellent places to stay in Cappodocia, or Goreme in particular.
