It is really a part of haven on earth. We have enjoyed the beauty of nature. All thanks go to Mr. Uzgur who was with every one to please and solve any inconvenience. Also all the staff member were very helpful particularly Mr. Ondor and Mrs. Imran who indulged my kids.

Staff was excellent. I was scheduled to take an overnight bus after my
stay, and they kindly gave me not only a late check-out time, but a ride
to the bus station.
Additionally, I had a room with a fancy spa shower setup (massage jets, steam, etc.) which was pretty great and was fun to use.

Very good and fairly quiet location in what passes for the old town in Samsun. Close to tramway, transport to the bus station and many cafés and restaurants. Comfortable room with old fashioned furnishings and top-modern hydrotherapy shower. Obliging staff who booked ny bus ticket out and had it ready on my arrival. Breakfast good, many varieties of cheese, olives and jams.

the manager and other staff were quite freindly and helpful. Indeed, the hotel is located on the outskirts of the old town, but the hotel staff can drive you there. Also, they can pick you up from the Safranbolu bus terminal.
If you take taxi from the hotel to the old town, it costs about 15 lire.
The breakfast was really great, above the average quality.

We really enjoyed our trip to Zonguldak and the stay at Dedemen. The city itself is truly at a beautiful location, but the constant smell of coal in the air is a little disturbing. The hotel is within a short drive (aound 20 minutes) from Trapzon airport. It is on the main road so its very easy to find, cant miss it. It is closer to Trapzon's main attraction, Sumela Monestary. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, we were offered an extra bed free of charge, thank you.

They serve open-buffet Turkish breakfast with rich types of cheese and olives. Bakery products are delicious indeed.
