The reception staff were very helpful and our rooms although a little small perfect.
Gorgeous gardens and the food for an all inclusive was very good. -

The staff is very friendly and professional. I made a note about how small the room was and they offered me a suite without extra cost! Good was ok. Breakfast can be better. It has a private parking space ( important in Canakkale)

Close to everything, the bazar,the coast,shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.
they didnt send the van to pick us up at the airport ,but the cost of the taxi was reinbersed.Also they gave us a smoking room against our solicitacion.Then we were moved to an upgraded non smoking room . They make mistakes but they have the will to fix them inmediately

The location was great for beach/seaside and also nightlife. Its a very easy and central location to reach. The entertainment team were great - a special thanks to Scooby as a team leader, Speedy and Roberto for keeping us amused with the water games and evening entertainment!
