staffs are very very friendly. View of the sea is brilliant. Decorated on of the room is simple but home-like. Feel very warm and feel at home. Can other take away from the reception which was greatly convenient as we arrived quite late at night and starving.

Everything was wonderful. The room was comfortable with cool air conditioning. The staff was efficient, especially Ibraham. We arranged a van and driver from Dalaman airport and were greeted at the street when we arrived at the hotel. Our baggage was unloaded and taken to our rooms. We were given the rooms that we requested- first floor with balcony. Ibraham drove us to the port in the morning. We were only here for the night to catch the ferry to Rhodes in the morning. Close to everything, the bazar,the coast,shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.
they didnt send the van to pick us up at the airport ,but the cost of the taxi was reinbersed.Also they gave us a smoking room against our solicitacion.Then we were moved to an upgraded non smoking room . They make mistakes but they have the will to fix them inmediately

The location was great for beach/seaside and also nightlife. Its a very easy and central location to reach. The entertainment team were great - a special thanks to Scooby as a team leader, Speedy and Roberto for keeping us amused with the water games and evening entertainment! the weather was amazing..and they had very nice open air seating areas the resort also have a very nice nargile cafe but what made it hard to sit there is the dozens of insects threatening..but they have an alternative insect free restaurant on the beach that also serves

The facilities at the hotel were great, really clean. Spa is excellent, professional massage is available. Food was good, very nice choice with vegetarian options available.
