It isn’t a hotel, rather an apartment which I like very much, no breakfast to wake up early to and no reception to pass by every morning. Sw - Great location, within walking distance of all Sultanahmet tourist locations. Very close to Sirkesi tram station. Comfortable studio apartment, with elevator. Good WiFi reception. Mini market just across the street and restaurants close by. Host Husyen is very helpful and can assist with travel arrangements in Istanbul as well as other places in Turkey. Mind you this is not a typical hotel, so no reception. But someone is available on the phone to assist with late arrivals or early departures.

The room is well-arranged which is our favorite type. The staff is nice. They allow us for a very late check out (6:00) because the room is not booked by others . That do us a great favor because our flight is at midnight.

Thanks for your valuable input, I just want to thank Seres hotel staff and special thanks to Mr. Sedet. Great location, close to main attractions.   Everything about Café Halic is beautiful. The hospitality of the hosts is the best my wife and I have come across. The view from the room is amazing. Breakfast is delicious and generous.
