The location is great- right near the Blue Mosque, in the heart of Sultanahmet. The staff is really friendly and polite, thank you all for your hospitality! Everything was just perfect.
It's a family hotel. The owner is very friendly and helpful and his son also. They re really kind and help you with everything.
It's a great quality price value. The rooms are recycled with great taste. Very clean. The air conditioning and Internet signal work perfectly.
It's very well located and you can go walking to every touristic attraction and to dinner at night.
We recommend it 100%!!

Great value for money. The apartment was quirky, spacious and well set out. It is not in a fancy tourist area but is well situated and within walking distance to the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace etc. We loved the experience of 'living amongst the locals'. The road where Ascot House is located is not properly a touristic place but you feel to stay in the true Instanbul. I stayed in Penthouse which is located at top floor: it was a little small for five people but the view from the open balcony on the Blue Mosque and the sea was superb and have the dinner on the balcony has been fantastic.
