  Very nice hotel, well positioned, about 3 minutes walk from tram station (T1 - main tram line which takes tourists to all the sightseeing places), 10 minutes walk from Grand Bazaar. Rooms are quite small but very clean and well maintain - Very helpful, friendly and welcoming staff. Close location to the excellent tram network that runs in and around Istanbul. Very easy and simple access to all the sights of Istanbul by using the tram. Lots of shops close by. Clean and comfortable hotel that does the job for exploring a fantastic city.

  The staff were wonderful and so friendly and keen to give information about how to find places in Istanbul, couldn't be better. Hotel modern and well designed, very pleasant breakfast area with outside sitting area looking over small park in a quiet cul de sac. Also only 7 minutes from tram and 10 mims from metro to large shopping centre and airpo... what people say » rt. Area very non touristy, a business and small hotel area, many foreigners but not from UK which was good! A very enjoyable stay. Very good value fo - I liked the courtesy of hotel staff esp the hotel manager, ambience of hotel, breakfast buffet offered by hotel every morning. During our check- out the reception staff was very helpful and even kept our stuff in the luggage room as our flight was in the evening. The location of the hotel was next to a street connecting Aksaray station but in a quiet place next to a garden with play area for kids. I will definetly recommend others to stay at this hotel.

  The staff are the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met at any hotel anywhere in the world - they gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble and they had all the time in the world for each guest.   The staff at Bulvar Palas are not just good -- they are exceptional. Everyone spoke fluent English, were accommodating beyond belief (we arrived at 6 a.m. hoping just to check our bags while we went sightseeing and they offered to rush making up a room for us so we could get in there at 10 a.m. without being asked). They also let us check out late... what people say » without hassle. The rooms were gorgeous, spacious, well-stocked with toiletries, and exceptionally clean. We didn't use the in-hotel spa, but it als - Everything! The hotel is great! Due to my business life I am staying in hotels more than a week per month but never saw soo much friendly staff and ckean hotel! It is 4 stars only in the papers, because in reality it is a 5 star hotel!!! Even when we had a problem with a taxi, resemptionist came and fight with him with a sucessful end! Location is also great, 10 min by taxi from taksim and 4 tram station from hagia sofia and blue tzami.
