staff were ausume, frienly, well speaking english and helpfull. location was the best, in heart of best live street of city ,in Isteglal st. very good breakfast, they upgrade our reservation to suit with no eaxtra charge as was low season yet. safe box in front desk and they kept our luggage for 5 days till we came back of our local trip.

Our stay was great! The reception staff was always there to give us informations and the breakfast delicious (you have it at their sister hotel, Naz Wooden). Streets at night weren't afraid at all, absolutely not an issue, ad if you want to skip some part of the 'not that dark street' there's two way for returning to the apartment.

Excellent location! Friendly stuff, who also manage the Cookpoint restaurant. We had a breakfast there once, very delicious! The room was nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable, cold fridge, good shower and the wifi worked well. Terrace on the roof was small and a bit messy, but good enough to relax for a while. It was really being an amazing stay at cookpoint.. You will find pubs, restaurants, bars, barber shops, taxi, metro and above all heart of the city taksim just 200 m away... You will find nice people around who are really friendly... Hotel clean and bathroom was a bit small but it was cleans... Room was awesomely designed... It's a nice kitchen where you can cook or make a coffee... I will give 10/10... Keep it up
