We stayed one night in the duplex on the 5th floor: clean, cosy, wifi available. Although not present in the building itself, the staff was very helpful over phone and email. Little shop around the corner provided all food we needed that evening and morning. -

The location was great with easy access to shopping, restaurants, the Bosphorus, transport etc. It is away from the old city so is less touristy which I liked. Everything worked out as expected. Not a five-star hotel, but nice roomy appartement with 2 balcony and quite a view at Istanbul. Air-conditioning was sufficient. This hotel is in excellent location, near Taksim Square. It is very well connected with other parts of the city. The staff is very friendly and they speak English well. Rooms are cleaned once in two days. Rooms have air conditioning (which will not be charged extra), TV, new bathroom. -
