suggest this hotel if you need a simple hotel. Suggestion to get to the
hotel: at the airport, take the shuttle bus that takes you to Taksim
Square, when you arrived in the square, cross and take the main street
full of shops, after 2 minutes you meet the shop "Swatch",
turn left and continue to the end (the hotel is on the left )

Dila Suites was perfect. Deniz and Ali, the owners, are wonderful people: generous, kind, and extremely helpful. Deniz makes a wonderful breakfast, helped us with all our restaurant and hammam bookings, gave us sunblock and water and travel cards, and was just generally great. Dila Suites itself is beautiful, clean, and has a lovely roof for breakfast and lounging. The location is great -- in Beyoglu, 2 minutes from Istikal Caddesi, a nice walk from Galata tower.

I'zaz was a fantastic small hotel tucked away on the side street off a major shopping, eating and nightlife area of the city. There was no end of things to do and see within walking distance of the hotel. Because it only has four rooms, the advice and personal care of the hotel owner was fantastic! -

love the value for the money for a nice apartment right in the middle of
everything (paid 59eur!) Lastly, friendly and accomodating staff! -
The hotel staff were the ones that really made our stay memorable. The were caring, funny and tried to help us with all our needs, from getting a change of room due to a faulty air-conditioning unit, to recommending the best kebab shop in the area. They were always around for a friendly chat and made us feel a home.

We really enjoyed our stay, and definitely recommend Dolmus. Super friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and room service was provided every day. The owner speaks perfect English and gave us great tips for sightseeing, we really appreciate that. The location is ideal, only 5 minutes’ walk from the famous İstiklal Avenue, with lots of shop and eating places. We hadn’t realized how great the location really was until we arrived there.
