Information about the area

Central Kusadasi - the resort has become extremely popular with tourists, with 'Pigeon Island' always worth a visit (so-called because of its bird-like shape).

Ephesus (8 km) - substantial ruins remain of this ancient city, with parts of it that date back to the 6th century AD.

Selçuk - one of the most visited destinations in Turkey, this historic town is home to the 6th century Basilica of St. John the Apostle, which some claim is built on the site of the Apostle's tomb.
