I stayed at this hotel 8 years ago. It has since been renovated and it looks like a brand new hotel. Wish we had spent more time there. Excellent service and friendly staff. Very quick to respond to requests. Food in the restaurants was very good and lots of variety. Kids particularly enjoyed the thermal spa and game room. Outdoor pool area was very nice but did not get to use it. Liked the outdoor bar area as well. Very relaxing place to unwind with a Turkish tea or coffee at the end of t.
all reviews » Lovely facilities with outdoor garden natural spring pools as well as swimming pool. Away from the crowds of Pamukkale but near to the northern entrance of the site. One of the worker name is yaşar was excellent service guy, but generally restaurant workers was good. the huge and modern bedroom with balcony the swimming pools. Wellness center, breakfast, Turkish bath. Good food,many choices Nice,clean room. Personel ve ortam güzeldi. Everything. Bedrooms were comfortable, although the bathrooms needed updating....or at least the mould tackling! Receptionist, room maids and restaurant waiters very friendly and helpful. We booked half board which was buffet style & good value. location is nice also facilities is very good. Deluxe room was great. Food. Thermal place. The location and hot springs on site. The spa. Nothing. As has been the case with most of the hotels I've experienced in Turkey, the beds are a little firm, but there is nothing I can do about that. The hotel caters for bus tours and so the spa is crowded in the evening. Dinner is buffet only, no a la carte, but good value for money when we were there. Front desk was not pretty enought and to sign all orders was too difficult even it's one tl. In the termal pool bonnet is selling with 5 tl, it's too strange, soap, teeth paste and all shower products are free of charge... Just add 5 tl on room price. food might be better. You need pay extra for drinks. We booked this hotel as it had wifi in all areas. During our stay the wifi wasn't available although this wasn't disclosed until some time after check-in, we asked why it was connecting but not working. To use the free spa we had to purchase a rather grotesque swimming hat, for 5tl. Apparently it is forbidden by European law to use spa facilities without this. nothing to say. Didn't know to bring cap so had to buy. Hall ways too long to walk for older people like my mother. And no elevator for handicapped people. The hotel seemed to be poorly managed. Staff were unhappy and minimally helpful. The cost of drinks was exorbitant and everything extra was charged for e.g swimming caps. A beautiful hotel was spoilt by what seemed like poor and stingy management. The room, the "all inclusive" cheap approach from the hotel at luxury prices. This is only for group travellers. Mass feeding. Hotel mostly caters to large bus groups. Buffet not restocked. Some very unfriendly waiters. No people at all, death spiders on the floor and insects, also they gave as a wrong room with 3beds but we are a young couple, and the hotel is old,old furniture, not so clean. Breakfast, Dinner services, Room and to much thinks. I paid for a room and received a lower quality room. They just are not interested in the letsbookhotel.com business. I bought a room with sitting area and a balcony; I received a room without balcony and what they call a "sitting area" in the site is only … a single chair!!!.
