  Extremely friendly and helpful owners! Relationship with the clients was excellent. Villa Lycian was the perfect place to be on a lovely relaxing holiday.   It was perfect, Our hosts couldn't do enough for us and made sure we were comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing and Nermin's home cooking was wonderful. the rooms were spacious with a settee, fridge and tea making facilities and we had a balcony that looked right over the harbour.   Everything was great. The location was easy to find, only a few minutes walk to the town centre and the views from the terrace restaurant were beautiful. The food at the restaurant was good too. The athmosphere of the small cosy pension is lovely. The window view is awesome. The staff speaks good English and easy to deal with.   Excellent value for money. The hotel room and bathroom were spotless and well kept. Air conditioning was quiet and worked great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Views from the breakfast area was unbelievable as well as from the room terraces. The pool is really large and heated. Excellent value - Because of the close proximity to the centre of kalkan is was ideal for the bars and restaurants. The pool is a very good size considering the sevgi is not a large hotel.
