The staff at reception and the manager were very helpful & friendly. The breakfast had a good variety & a large choice of food & drinks. The hotel is very conveniently located in Kemer - 2 mins walk from Kemer Metro station & the city centre- Basmane & other popular places like Alcanzak are only 10 mins away. Rooms were clean & there are 2 elevators. There was hot water always & the water pressure in the toilets were excellent. The check out times are between 12 noon.

Staff, extremely attentive, hotel clean, well maintained. Room quite big and nice looking. Breakfast good and consistent. Probably would have made slight repairs. Perfect service. The owner is very hospitable. He helped me book a one day tour to Ephesus. Rooms are clean although old-decorated. Food is OK. The manager in the reception is very nice, he seems the owner. Excellent location, clean and very near to train station.. Everything. everything. Very close - 2 to 3 mins walk - to Kemer Izban station, which is on a direct line to the airport and linked to the city's metro network, making transport to, from and around the city very cheap and easy. Really excellent value for money, with a nice big, clean, air-conditioned room and very good buffet breakfast. The hotel staff were very friendly and as helpful as they could possibly be with their limited English and our non-existent Turkish. On checking out, the porter was even willing to car. The staff of the hotel was very cooperative and their english was also good so that you can communicate with them easily. Breakfast is being personally looked after by the manager/owner of the hotel and he visits each and every person for any assistance or anything required. The manager was great - came and greeted us personally and was very helpful in arranging a rental car to take us to Pamukkale. The breakfast selection was the best we experienced in Turkey. - Little Bit noisy. My room is close to the noisy road. Nothing. nothing. Near a busy, noisy road, so couldn't have the window open at night (though the air-con worked well). Hotel had an OK bar and restaurant, but the dinner in the restaurant, although good value, offered no choice at all, with exactly the same set menu every night and there were few and very limited options for eating or drinking elsewhere in the vicinity, so this is only really suitable for one or two night stays at most. Location is one of the issue as it is located near to nightclubs where girls are hanging around the nightclubs. Which is not really family friendly environment. Wifi doesn't work well as well. And the worst thing is the noise coming from the road. You can't sleep as you will be continuously gonna be disturb by the noise. Washrooms are not that good enough and should be renovated. The room was a very bizarre layout - far too many walls which didn't create a nice feeling. The room smelt strongly of smoke, even though I had requested a non-smoikung room. The hotel is right on a very main road so it was rather noisy. Very bad location. Almost countryside and very crowdly and dangerous street. I dont like it at all.
