Very good apartments. Clean rooms with new furniture: beds for adults and a child, wardrobe, table, chairs, etc. Kitchen corner, frige, gas cooker, cups, plates, and utensils.The apartmants are in the old part of Istanbul, 20-25 min walk to Hagia Sophia. 5 min to the sea embankment, a fish market and fish restaurants. Frendly personnel fluent in English and Russian (special thanks to Yildiz!).
Very well for family tourism.

The location is fantastic - right in the centre of Sultanahmet and easy walking distance to the bazaars, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace, cafes and restaurants and the Bosphorus. Beautiful hotel with plenty of history; we stayed in a deluxe room that was so comfortable and quiet with great facilities, views and service. The staff were all really helpful, friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This was like a breath of fresh air as I had experienced difficulty with another hotel called best Nobel And Nobel hotel so was beginning to think Istanbul was not good for solo female travellers!!! A classic hotel, which I've used twice before, in 1995 & 2005, before its recent refurbishment. It's now three times the price, but the grandeur is no longer faded, it's now a true 5-star place. And I'm delighted to say that the refurb hasn't spoilt its character at all, as this is a hotel with more character and history than most! Staff were great, we got a room upgrade, and an extra hour extended checkout wasn't a problem. If we return to Istanbul, it'll be the Pera Palas for us!
