The staff was very nice and helpful. As I wasn't happy with the room in the basement, because it was too dark for me, I could change without any problem to a very nice room upstairs which was sunny with windows all around and sea view. Both rooms were clean with comfortable beds and with everything well functioning.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way help me with a minor medical problem that I had. The location is perfect for seeing the 3 main attractions in Istanbul. Lovely view from the terrace where they serve B'fast. Staff helped us with tour bookings and gave good advise on how to accomplish everything in a short time.

It was my first time in Istanbul and I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! When we walked they greeted us well and offered tea and other drinks. The staff was wonderful, very friendly! Location of apartment was good, i.e near to Isteqlal street, on the other hand most of interesting points of Istanbul is easily reachable from Taksim. -
The apartment is good. Bedroom is with comfortable bed. A bit small kitchen, but that's ok, you can eat in a living room.
