  It was convenient for the major attractions of Sultanhamet. The staff were friendly and the facilities were fine. Great views of Hagia Sophia from the roof terrace. The breakfasts were excellent but the dinner menu was a bit dull so we only ate there once ; house wine not cheap either.The hamam was very good and was a great way to end a day of shop... what people say » ping.   I just had a very nice stay in this hotel. The location is excellent, room is reasonably sized, comfortable and clean. Most importantly, the staff is very co-operative and friendly. They don't hesitate to do anything to please their guests. I had long times chatting with them in general discussions, and they helped me to find places to visits, res... what people say » taurants, etc. It was indeed very nice experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and recommend it to friends - Everything! it was not a single issue that the simpathic guys on the reception didn't solve it! They said on all our request 'YES'. The rooms were clean, the breakfest untill 11, the location is very good and easy to reach with a fast & direct tram that cost 1,5 euro, to all important sights! I have been in Istanbul many times and i can easily compare with other places, so...definitely i will recomande this one! and...the price = best deal! :)

  The view from top floor!!! The sea at one hand, the blue mosque the other. I had no idea that we were THIS close to the mosque, it was literally across the street. The view was just breathtaking, so surreal. I didn't even care for the poor soundproofing walls or the morning preach that violently woke us up haha (which means how close we were to th... what people say » e mosque). The view is definitely incomparable. - Location - The hotel was very close to the Sultanahmet tourist area, with some gift shops, coffee shops and restaurants right next door. The night manager (I think his name was Usman) was a good guide point to various areas and activities. The hotel itself is rather small, just enough room to put your bags and walk to you bed, but it is what you pay for.

  I selected this hotel after reading Alisa and Neville reviews, and I would say both were very well defined. Thanks for your valuable input, I just want to thank Seres hotel staff and special thanks to Mr. Sedet. Great location, close to main attractions. The hotel was very clean and the staff made you feel welcome.   The staff were wonderful and so friendly and keen to give information about how to find places in Istanbul, couldn't be better. Hotel modern and well designed, very pleasant breakfast area with outside sitting area looking over small park in a quiet cul de sac. Area very non touristy, a business and small hotel area, many foreigners but not from UK which was good! A very enjoyable stay. Very good value fo - I liked the courtesy of hotel staff esp the hotel manager, ambience of hotel, breakfast buffet offered by hotel every morning. During our check- out the reception staff was very helpful and even kept our stuff in the luggage room as our flight was in the evening. The location of the hotel was next to a street connecting Aksaray station but in a quiet place next to a garden with play area for kids. I will definetly recommend others to stay at this hotel.

  Location, comfort and breakfast - all faultless. Room 227 was indeed a superior room with a stunning sea view, plus tea/coffee facility. Female staff were incredibly helpful. Young male reception staff varied. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we requested anything. After leaving the hotel, when a problem arose, the reception staff were amazing and could not have done more to assist. The location was perfect to visit the main attractions in the city, which were within walking distance. It was also situated on the coast overlooking the Sea.
