The receptionist was extremely helpful from the day we arrived: from providing us many info regarding the city to helping us calling the airport shuttle to confirm our reservation. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and cosy. It is welle situated, from 1mm to the famous Istiklal avenue, where there is plenty of restaurants, shops, and 10 mm from the Taksim place. Akova, the hotel manager was very kind and helpfull.

the apartment was great and clean. close to everything and it was cleaned every day. staff was available all the time. very safe and everything was within reach. We were four people and we had two bedrooms and a kitchen and of course a bathroom. you get what you pay for. I would certainly recommend the hotel apartment. -
